LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION – FINAL RECOMMENDATIONS
DODWORTH, STAINBOROUGH AND TANKERSLEY WARD

The Local Government Boundary Commission have now published their final recommendations.  If you requested an update on the LGBC website you will have received an e-mail with the proposed changes.
See pages 15 to 18 of the Full Report specifically relating to Stainborough Parish
The changes proposed must now be approved by Parliament.
The draft Order (the legal document which brings into force the recommendations)will provide for new electoral arrangements for Barnsley Council to be implemented at the local elections in 2026.
